What Is Flavored Vodka?

Flavored vodka is vodka that has other ingredients added to it to transform its taste. This delightful addition to a classic spirit allows it to be used in even more ways, adding a burst of flavor to both classic and innovative cocktails.

How GREY GOOSE® Flavored Vodka Is Made

Since the beginning of GREY GOOSE® Vodka, we have always been committed to crafting our vodka with only the finest of ingredients. That means we use only the best soft winter wheat from the breadbasket of France and limestone filtered water from our own well. This commitment to quality ingredients extends to our flavored vodkas, too.

We only use the natural essences of real fruit to flavor our products — no additives, no added sugar. Our three flavored vodkas reflect the taste and freshness from the regions where those flavors naturally shine.

  • Grey Goose La Poire uses the essence of French Anjou pears, a classic flavor in French cuisine
  • Grey Goose L’Orange uses the natural essence of fresh oranges, creating a perfect zesty flavor
  • Grey Goose Le Citron is imbued with essential oils from the world’s finest lemons including those from the renowned Menton region of France

Each bottle is true to nature and brimming with an intense natural flavor.

All About Grey Goose Essences: Infused Vodkas

If you’re looking for something every bit as intriguing but perhaps a little less bold, you should explore our three Grey Goose Essences. These vodkas infused with real fruit and botanical essences are deliciously vibrant and refreshing tasting, with an enjoyable depth of natural flavors.

  • Strawberry & Lemongrass is a little sweet, a little citrusy for a bright and aromatic taste
  • Watermelon & Basil is juicy and peppery, for a taste that’s satisfyingly refreshing
  • White Peach & Rosemary offers a delicate and complex flavor profile to please the palate

All three bring you a light, sophisticated and refreshing taste experience.

Grey Goose started making flavored vodka four years after our founding. We launched with Grey Goose L’Orange in 2001, with the other two flavors following after, and we released Grey Goose Essences in 2020. Take a look at the timeline of all our product launches.
