The classic flavour combination of pear and chocolate is perfectly captured by GREY GOOSE® La Poire mixed with white crème de cacao and chocolate bitters. Adding NOILLY PRAT Dry vermouth adds a twist to a classic – its rich, herbal notes create a deliciously warming winter cocktail.

Ingredients

35 ml	GREY GOOSE® La Poire
25 ml	NOILLY PRAT® Dry Vermouth
10 ml	White Crème De Cacao
+	Dash of Chocolate Bitters

Method

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice.
Stir and strain into a small cognac snifter.
Garnish with a pear ball on a GREY GOOSE pick.
