Ingredients

35 ml	GREY GOOSE® Vodka
25 ml	Simple Syrup
20 ml	Fresh Lime Juice
2	Dashes of Colonial Bitters
25 ml	Sparkling Wine

Method

Add all ingredients except sparkling wine to a shaker.
Shake and pour over fresh ice in a large rocks glass.
Add sparkling wine, fold with bar spoon and garnish with dehydrated apple and fresh mint.
