Ingredients

50 ml GREY GOOSE® La Poire
25 ml Simple Syrup
+ Dashes of Angostura® Aromatic Bitters
5 ml Pastis

Method

  1. Place one large ice cube in a cocktail glass.
  2. Add pastis, swirl to coat the glass and let stand to chill.
  3. Add GREY GOOSE® La Poire, Angostura bitters and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and stir deliberately.
  4. Discard ice and pastis from glass.
  5. Strain cocktail into prepared cocktail glass and serve with a pear slice or lemon twist.
