1.5 oz	GREY GOOSE® La Poire
0.5 oz	ST-GERMAIN® Elderflower Liqueur
2 oz	Juiced Cucumber
0.5 oz	Lemon Juice
0.5 oz	Simple Syrup
+	Soda Water

Method

In a cocktail shaker, mix all ingredients.
Shake vigoriously and double strain.
Serve in a highball glass with cubed ice and garnish with mint, cumcumber slices and lemon zest.
Top with lemonade or club soda.
