Recipe Ingredients
| 1 ½ oz | GREY GOOSE® La Poire Flavored Vodka |
| ¾ oz | Lemon Juice |
| ¾ oz | Simple Syrup |
| ½ oz | MARTINI & ROSSI® Bitters |
| 1 | Egg White |
| + | Lemon Zest |
How to Make
- Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker without ice and “dry shake”, meaning shake everything together without ice.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again.
- Strain up into a coupe or martini glass and zest some lemon on top.
