1 ½ oz	GREY GOOSE® La Poire Flavored Vodka
¾ oz	Lemon Juice
¾ oz	Simple Syrup
½ oz	MARTINI & ROSSI® Bitters
1	Egg White
+	Lemon Zest

How to Make

Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker without ice and “dry shake”, meaning shake everything together without ice.
Add ice to the shaker and shake again.
Strain up into a coupe or martini glass and zest some lemon on top.
