| + | Half a Fresh Plum |
| ½ oz | Simple Syrup |
| 4 | Lime Wedges |
| 6 | Shiso Leaves |
| 1 oz | Plum Wine |
How to Make
- In a cocktail shaker, combine diced plum, shiso leaves, lime, and simple syrup and muddle well.
- Add ice and remaining ingredients and shake well.
- Strain into a rocks glass and garnish with a plum slice and shiso leaf.
