Ingredients

50 ml GREY GOOSE® Le Citron
+ Mint Leaves
20 ml Simple Syrup
5 ml Green Chartreuse® Liqueur (optional)
+ Apple Chips
75 ml Sparkling Cider

Method

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle mint leaves and syrup.
  2. Add ice and GREY GOOSE® Le Citron Vodka. Shake well until the outside of the shaker is frosted and beaded with sweat.
  3. Pour into highball glass and top with sparkling cider.
  4. Garnish with apple chips.
