50 ml	GREY GOOSE® La Poire
10 ml	Ginger Liqueur
25 ml	Simple Syrup
25 ml	Fresh Lemon Juice

Method

Put all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass.
Serve with a pear slice or crystallized ginger.
