| 45 ml | GREY GOOSE® Le Citron Flavoured Vodka |
| 15 ml | Fresh Lemon Juice |
| 22 ml | Fresh Grapefruit Juice |
| 30 ml | Honey Water (1/2 Part Honey, 1/2 Part Water) |
| 1 | Bar Spoon ST-GERMAIN® Elderflower Liqueur |
| ½ | Egg White or 3 Dashes Cocktail Foam |
| 45 ml | Soda Water |
| + | 1 Edible Blue Lustre Dust |
| + | 1 Lemon Twist |
How to Make
- Shake all ingredients and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice and decorated with blue edible paint.
- Garnish with a lemon twist and a blue lustre dust.
