10 ml	MARTINI® Bianco Vermouth
30 ml	GREY GOOSE® Le Citron
10 ml	BÉNÉDICTINE® Liqueur
1 ???unitsOfMeasure.bar???	spoon Absinthe (to rinse)
+	dash Celery Bitters

Method

Rinse martini cocktail glass with small amount of Absinthe.
Stir all ingredients over ice in mixing glass until very cold.
Strain into glass and garnish with an orange zest.
