| ¾ oz | Fresh Grapefruit Juice |
| 1 oz | Honey Water (1/2 Part Honey, 1/2 Part Water) |
| 1 | Bar Spoon ST-GERMAIN® Elderflower Liqueur |
| ½ | Egg White or 3 Dashes Cocktail Foam |
| 1 ½ oz | Soda Water |
| + | 1 Edible Blue Luster Dust |
| + | 1 Lemon Twist |
How to Make
- Shake all ingredients and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice and decorated with blue edible paint.
- Garnish with a lemon twist and blue luster dust.
