Recipe Ingredients
| 2 oz | GREY GOOSE® La Poire Flavored Vodka |
| 1 oz | Simple Syrup |
| ¼ oz | Pastis |
| 2 dashes | Angostura® Aromatic Bitters |
| + | Pear slice or Lemon Twist |
How to Make
- In a cocktail glass place one large ice cube.
- Add pastis, swirl to coat the glass and let stand to chill.
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add GREY GOOSE® La Poire, Angostura bitters and simple syrup and stir deliberately.
- Discard ice and Pastis from glass.
- Strain cocktail into prepared cocktail glass, and present with a pear slice or lemon twist.
