| 1 oz | GREY GOOSE® Vodka |
| ¼ oz | ST-GERMAIN® Elderflower Liqueur |
| ½ oz | Fresh Lemon Juice |
| ¾ oz | Homemade Sage & Rosemary Syrup |
| 2 drops | French Absinthe |
| 1 ½ oz | Soda Water |
| + | Fresh Sage |
How to Make
- Shake first four ingredients together and double-strain into an ice-cold flute.
- Top with 1 ½ parts ice cold soda water.
- Add two drops of French Absinthe.
