1 oz	GREY GOOSE® Vodka
¼ oz	ST-GERMAIN® Elderflower Liqueur
½ oz	Fresh Lemon Juice
¾ oz	Homemade Sage & Rosemary Syrup
2 drops	French Absinthe
1 ½ oz	Soda Water
+	Fresh Sage

How to Make

Shake first four ingredients together and double-strain into an ice-cold flute.
Top with 1 ½ parts ice cold soda water.
Add two drops of French Absinthe.
