| 1 ½ oz | GREY GOOSE® Vodka |
| 1 oz | Simple Syrup |
| ¾ oz | Fresh Lime Juice |
| 2 dashes | Colonial Bitters |
| 1 oz | Sparkling Wine |
| + | Mint Sprig |
| + | Dehydrated Apple Slice |
How to Make
- Add all ingredients except sparkling wine into shaker.
- Shake and pour over fresh ice in large rocks glass.
- Add sparkling wine, fold with bar spoon and garnish with dehydrated apple and fresh mint.
