Ingredients

1.5 parts	GREY GOOSE® Vodka
1 part	Simple Syrup
0.75 part	Fresh Lime Juice
1 part	Sparkling Wine
2	Dashes of Colonial Bitters

Method

Add all ingredients except sparkling wine into shaker.
Shake and pour over fresh ice in large rocks glass.
Add sparkling wine, fold with bar spoon and garnish with dehydrated apple and fresh mint.
