1.5 parts	GREY GOOSE® Vodka
0.5 part	Late Bottled Vintage Port
1 part	Lemon Juice
0.33 part	Simple Syrup
1 part	Rose Champagne

Method

In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients (except the foam and the rose champagne).
Muddle and shake vigorously.
Strain into a chilled flute.
Float rose champagne and foam on top.
Foam Ingredients - 14 parts raspberry puree, 4 parts water, 2 tsp vegetarian gelatin
