Recipe Ingredients
| 1 ½ oz | GREY GOOSE® Vodka Infused with Thai Chili |
| ¾ oz | Lime Juice |
| ¾ oz | Simple Syrup |
| ¾ oz | Mezcal |
| + | Kosher Salt |
| + | Crushed Black Pepper |
| + | Sesame Oil |
| 1 | Slice of Cucumber |
| 1 | Sprig of Cilantro |
How to Make
- In a shallow dish, combine kosher salt and black pepper.
- Rim rocks glass with sesame oil, dip in kosher salt/crushed black pepper mix.
- Muddle cucumber and cilantro in a cocktail shaker.
- Add vodka, lime juice, simple syrup, mezcal and ice.
- Shake and double strain over ice into rocks glass.
- Garnish with a cucumber-cilantro chip.
