Recipe Ingredients
| 50 ml | GREY GOOSE® La Poire Flavoured Vodka |
| 25 ml | Simple Syrup |
| 5 ml | Pastis |
| 2 dashes | Angostura® Aromatic Bitters |
| + | Pear slice or Lemon Twist |
How to Make
- Place one large ice cube in a cocktail glass.
- Add pastis, swirl to coat the glass and let stand to chill.
- Add GREY GOOSE® La Poire, Angostura bitters and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and stir deliberately.
- Discard ice and pastis from glass.
- Strain cocktail into prepared cocktail glass and serve with a pear slice or lemon twist.
