| 6 | Mint Leaves |
| 15 ml | Simple Syrup |
| 75 ml | Club Soda |
| 1 | Lemon Slice |
| 1 | Sprig of Mint |
How to Make
- In a cocktail shaker, combine mint leaves and simple syrup and muddle well.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir.
- Pour into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a lemon slice and sprig of fresh mint.
