Ingredients

2 parts GREY GOOSE® Vodka
8 Black Truffles
1 part Pear Nectar
0.5 part Pear Brandy
1 Spray of Truffles Essence

Method

  1. To infuse vodka: add sliced black truffles into a 750 ml bottle of GREY GOOSE® Vodka for 1 week at room temperature.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, shake and strain all ingredients.
  3. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  4. Spray the truffle essence on top.
