| 15 ml | Lemon Juice |
| 15 ml | Vanilla Syrup |
| 25 ml | Nashi Pear Juice |
| 1 | Egg White |
| 50 ml | Soda Water |
How to Make
- Put all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with cubed ice.
- Shake and strain into a well-chilled highball glass filled with cubed ice.
- Top with sparkling water to finish.
