Ingredients
| 50 ml | GREY GOOSE® Essences Strawberry & Lemongrass |
| 15 ml | Pineapple & Butterfly Pea Flower Tea Syrup |
| 3 dashes | Peach Bitters |
How to Make
- Make butterfly pea flower tea syrup (see note below).
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice.
- Stir deliberately and strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with dehydrated pineapple.
Make syrup by simmering 25 grams butterfly pea flower tea leaves, 250 ml water and 250 ml sugar. Strain and cool before using in your cocktail.
