Ingredients

45 ml GREY GOOSE® Vodka Infused with Thai Chili
22 ml Lime Juice
22 ml Simple Syrup
22 ml Mezcal
+ Kosher Salt
+ Crushed Black Pepper
+ Sesame Oil
1 Slice of Cucumber
1 Sprig of Cilantro

How to Make

  1. In a shallow dish, combine kosher salt and black pepper.
  2. Rim rocks glass with sesame oil, dip in kosher salt/crushed black pepper mix.
  3. Muddle cucumber and cilantro in a cocktail shaker.
  4. Add vodka, lime juice, simple syrup, mezcal and ice.
  5. Shake and double strain over ice into rocks glass.
  6. Garnish with a cucumber-cilantro chip.
