Celebrating the Release of The Devil Wears Prada 2

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.

A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. AFFIDAVIT OF ELIGIBILITY / RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT MAY BE REQUIRED.

1) Eligibility:

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least twenty-one (21) years old and reside in California, Maryland, Washington DC, Delaware, Washington Texas, Illinois, Florida, New York, New Jersey, Georgia, Connecticut and Arizona. Employees of Arrowhead (“Administrator”), Bacardi U.S.A., Inc. (“Sponsor”), Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures (“Disney”) and their respective parent, affiliated, related and subsidiary companies and any agencies or any other alcohol beverage company, their respective distributors, wholesalers, retailers (including bartenders/staff), or licensees, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of those employees, are not eligible to enter.

2) Entry Period:

The entry period begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time on April 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on May 15, 2026 “Entry Period”. Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

3) How to Enter:

  • a) Visit www.greygoose.com/campaign/dwp2sweeps.html during the Entry Period and complete the entry form to receive one (1) entry.
  • b) Scan the QR code, and you will be taken to an online entry form. Follow the instructions to complete the entry form. Standard data rates may apply. Not all carriers and plans include internet. See your wireless carrier plan for pricing details.
  • c) Limit of one (1) entry per person. The use of multiple e-mail addresses or numbers, an agency, or any automated system to enter is strictly prohibited, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries received through such methods. By entering, you indicate your full agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Sweepstakes, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements in these Official Rules.

4) Drawing:

  • a) On or about April 1, 2026 and daily until May 15, 2026, Administrator will select three (3) potential winner(s) in a random drawing of all entries received during the Entry Period. The odds of being selected depend on the number of eligible entries received. Administrator will attempt to contact the potential winner within seven (7) business days of the drawing, using the contact information on the entry form.

5) Potential Winner Requirements:

Except where prohibited, a potential winner may be required to complete and return a declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release. If a potential winner fails to sign and return these documents within two (2) business days, an alternate potential winner may be selected in his/her place in a random drawing of all remaining entries received. Only 25 alternate potential winners may be contacted.

6) Prizes:

Three (3) winners will be picked daily and each winner will receive Two (2) Fandango Movie tickets. Each winner will receive a Fandango Promotional Code via e-mail. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $50 USD. Limited time offer. Fandango Promotional Code (“Code”) is good for up to $50 off the purchase of 2 movie tickets ($25 per ticket, up to $50 total ticket price and associated fees and charges) to see The Devil Wears Prada 2 at participating Fandango theaters in the US. Code must be entered at checkout. Code is void, and can no longer be used, if not redeemed by 7/31/26 or when The Devil Wears Prada 2 is no longer in theaters, whichever comes first. Only valid for purchase of movie tickets made at Fandango.com or via the Fandango app and cannot be redeemed directly at any theater box office. If lost or stolen, cannot be replaced. No cash value, except as required by law. Void where prohibited. Not valid with any other offer. Offer valid in U.S. and D.C., excluding U.S. territories and where prohibited by law. One-time use only. Non-transferable. Not for resale; void if sold or exchanged. If cost of movie ticket(s) with Fandango’s associated fees and charges included is more than Code’s maximum discount, then user must pay the difference. Any price difference between movie ticket(s) purchased anCode’s maximum discount will not be refunded. Limit 1 Code(s) per person. Fandango Media, LLC, Fandango Loyalty Solutions, LLC and their respective parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries are not a sponsor or co-sponsor of this sweepstakes and are not responsible for the promotion, administration or execution of this Sweepstakes.   • a) For all Prizes: A winner is responsible for paying taxes and any costs and expenses not specified above. Any prize details that are not specified above will be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. A prize may not be transferred prior to award. A winner may not request cash or a substitute prize; however, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the prize is not available for any reason, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. No alcohol will be awarded as part of any prize. The total approximate retail value of all prizes is Six Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($6,750.00).
  • b) If a potential winner does not respond within 48 hours of being contacted, an alternate winner may be selected. Prizes are non-transferable.

7) General Conditions:

In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) award the prizes from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the operation of the Sweepstakes, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any person who seeks to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes. Failure by Sponsor to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Proof of sending any communication to Sponsor by mail shall not be deemed proof of receipt of that communication by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute as to the owner of an online entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter will be deemed to be the owner. The Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

8) Release and Limitations of Liability:

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, Fandango Media, LLC, Fandango Loyalty Solutions, LLC, Disney and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (g) injury or damage to persons or property. You further agree that in any cause of action, in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. You waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

9) Privacy and Publicity:

Any information you submit as part of the Sweepstakes will be treated in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Except where prohibited participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes an entrant’s consent to Sponsor’s use of his/her name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

10) Disputes:

You agree that any disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Miami, Florida. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of Florida or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Florida.

Moreover, any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the intellectual property of Disney, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California and in the event of any dispute, all entrants irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles, California to resolve such disputes.

11) Winner Information:

For the name(s) of the winner(s), send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Grey Goose Sweepstakes Celebrating the Release of The Devil Wears Prada 2, PO Box 4006, Dept S9741. Grand Rapids, MN 55730. Requests must be received by June 15, 2026.
