0.5 part ST. GERMAIN® Liqueur
1 part Fresh Grapefruit Juice
+ Splash of Champagne

Method

  1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add first three ingredients and shake vigorously.
  2. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  3. Top with champagne or sparkling wine.
