Ingredients

  • 50 ml GREY GOOSE® La Poire
  • 50 ml Pink Grapefruit Juice
  • 5 ml NOILLY PRAT® Original French Dry Vermouth
  • 1 bar spoon Vanilla Sugar
  • 2 Grapefruit Twists
La Poire Rose

Method

Rub a grapefruit twist over the stem of a chilled coupette. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.

Shake well and double strain.

Garnish with the other grapefruit twist.
