• 35 ml GREY GOOSE® Cherry Noir
  • 10 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 10 ml Fresh lime juice
  • 25 ml Simple Syrup
  • 25 ml Cream
  • 2 dashes Vanilla Extract
  • 5 pieces Muddled Cherries
  • 1 egg white
La Noir Fizz


Put all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.

Dry shake for one to two minutes.

Add ice and shake again.

Pour into a collins glass with small amount of cracked ice, add soda water and fizz with bar spoon.

Garnish with a brandied cherry on a cocktail pick.
