Ingredients

  • 50 ml GREY GOOSE VODKA
  • 8 Black Truffles
  • 25 ml Pear Nectar
  • 10 ml Pear Brandy
  • 1 spray Truffles Essence
Black Truffles Martini Cocktail

Method

To infuse vodka, add sliced black truffles to bottle of 70 cl GREY GOOSE® L’Original and store for one week at room temperature.

In a cocktail shaker, shake and strain all ingredients.

Strain into a chilled martini glass.

Spray the truffle essence on top.
