2 parts	GREY GOOSE® La Vanille
1 part	Passion Fruit Liqueur (pref. DeKuyper)
2.5 parts	Passion Fruit Purée
2	flat bar spoons of Homemade Vanilla Sugar
1	Shot of Champagne on the Side

Method

Fill a cocktail shaker with all ingredients and shake for 20 seconds.
Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with half a passion fruit.
Serve with a shot of champagne on the side.
