Ingredients

+	40 ml GREY GOOSE® La Vanille
+	20 ml Passion Fruit Liqueur (pref. DeKuyper)
+	50 ml Passion Fruit Purée
+	2 flat bar spoons of Homemade Vanilla Sugar
+	A Shot of Champagne on the Side

Method

Fill a cocktail shaker with all ingredients and shake for 20 seconds.
Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with half a passion fruit.
Serve with a shot of champagne on the side.
