A sweetly spiced combination of GREY GOOSE® La Poire Vodka, DISARONNO®, molasses apple cider and fresh citrus.

25 ml	GREY GOOSE® La Poire
1 ml	Disaronno® Originale Liqueur
0.5 tsp	Maple Syrup
25 ml	Apple Cider
10 ml	Lemon Juice
+	Pinch of Pumpkin Pie Spice

Method

Coat the outer lip of a martini cocktail glass in apple cider and roll in pumpkin pie spice. Set aside.
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled martini cocktail glass.
Garnish with crystallized ginger.
