This formal martini boasts an elegant blend of GREY GOOSE®, black truffles, pear nectar and brandy.

Ingredients

50 ml	GREY GOOSE® Vodka
+	Black Truffles
25 ml	Pear Nectar
10 ml	Pear Brandy
+	Spray Of Truffles Essence

Method

To infuse vodka, add sliced black truffles to bottle of 70 cl GREY GOOSE® L’Original and store for one week at room temperature.
In a cocktail shaker, shake and strain all ingredients.
Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Spray the truffle essence on top.
