Creole bitters adds a subtle touch of spice to peach purée, GREY GOOSE® Cherry Noir Flavoured Vodka, BÉNÉDICTINE® Liqueur and tonic.

30 ml GREY GOOSE® Cherry Noir
20 ml Fresh Lime Juice
40 ml Peach Purée
30 ml Fever-Tree Tonic
+ drops of Bitter Truth™ Creole Bitters
20 ml BÉNÉDICTINE® Liqueur


  1. Combine first four ingredients into a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously and strain into a Collins glass filled with crushed ice.
  3. Top with tonic and stir gently, then add Creole bitters.
  4. Garnish with a lime wheel.
