1.5 parts	GREY GOOSE® Cherry Noir
0.5 part	Fresh Lemon Juice
0.5 part	Fresh Lime Juice
1 part	Simple Syrup
1 part	Cream
2 dashes	Vanilla Extract
5 pieces	Muddled Cherries
1	Egg White

Method

Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
Dry shake for one to two minutes.
Add ice and shake again.
Pour into a Collins glass with small amount of cracked ice, add soda water and fizz with bar spoon.
Garnish with a brandied cherry on a cocktail pick.
