• 35 ml GREY GOOSE® La Poire
  • 25 ml Sake
  • 25 ml Lychee Puree
  • 25 ml lime juice
  • 10 ml Simple Syrup
  • 1 strip Pickled Ginger

Put all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled martini cocktail glass.

Garnish with mint leaves or lychee nuts.
