Ingredients

  • 50 ml GREY GOOSE VODKA
  • 10 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 10 ml vanilla syrup
  • 10 ml Nashi Pear Juice
  • 5 ml egg white
  • Artesian Sparkling Water

Method

Put all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with cubed ice.

Shake and strain into a well-chilled highball glass filled with cubed ice.

Top with sparkling water to finish.
