Ingredients

  • 50 ml GREY GOOSE® La Poire
  • 25 ml Vanilla Liqueur (pref. Cuarenta y Tres/Licor 43)
  • 25 ml lemon juice
  • 20 ml sugar syrup
  • garnish Pear Slice

Method

Put all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

Shake well until the outside of the shaker is frosted and beaded with sweat.

Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with pear slice.
