Ingredients

  • 50 ml GREY GOOSE® La Poire
  • 25 ml Simple Syrup
  • 3 dashes Angostura® Aromatic Bitters
  • 5 ml Pastis
Pear Provencal

Method

Place one large ice cube in a cocktail glass.

Add pastis, swirl to coat the glass and let stand to chill.

Add Grey Goose La Poire, Angostura bitters and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and stir deliberately.

Discard ice and pastis from glass.

Strain cocktail into prepared cocktail glass and serve with a pear slice or lemon twist.
