• 150 ml GREY GOOSE® La Poire
  • 25 ml lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 small Pear
  • 1 bottle Sparkling Moscato
Pear, Poire


Place the lemon juice, sugar, pear and GREY GOOSE La Poire in a bowl and stir well to combine until sugar has dissolved.

Divide the pear mixture into six champagne glasses.

Fill each chilled glass with moscato.

Present with crystallized ginger or mint sprigs.

Creates six drinks.
