Ingredients

  • 50 ml GREY GOOSE® La Poire
  • 10 ml Simple Syrup
  • 25 ml Blackberry Brandy
  • 25 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 4 Blackberries
Pear-n-Berry Frappe

Method

In a cocktail shaker, combine the three blackberries and simple syrup and muddle well.

Add ice and remaining ingredients.

Shake well until the outside of the shaker is frosted and beaded with sweat.

Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a blackberry speared like an olive.
