Ingredients

  • 35 ml GREY GOOSE® La Poire
  • 10 ml St. Germain® Elderflower Liqueur
  • 20 ml Freshly Squeezed Grapefruit Juice
  • 5 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 5 ml Simple Syrup
  • Sugar

Method

Rub a lemon wedge around the rim of a cocktail glass.

Roll the moistened glass in the sugar.

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.

Shake well and double strain into chilled martini glass.

Garnish with pink grapefruit zest.
