Ingredients

  • 35 ml GREY GOOSE® La Poire
  • 10 ml The King’s Ginger Liqueur
  • 0.5 Green Apple
  • 5 ml lemon juice
  • 3 drops Fee Brother’s Grapefruit Bitters
  • White Grapefruit Zest
Pear De Lune

Method

Put all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with cubed ice.

Shake vigorously and finely strain into a chilled coupette. Garnish with white grapefruit zest.
