Ingredients

  • 35 ml GREY GOOSE VODKA
  • 10 ml TOUSSAINT® Coffee Liqueur
  • 25 ml Espresso
  • 1 splash Sugar Cane Syrup
  • Organic Cream

Method

Combine all ingredients (with exception of cream) in a mixing glass filled with ice.

Shake and strain into a chilled coupette.

Cover with a thin layer of organic cream and,

if you wish, a light dusting of chocolate powder.
