Ingredients

  • 25 ml GREY GOOSE VODKA
  • 10 ml Simple Syrup
  • 25 ml Lemon
  • 25 ml Cynar
  • 10 leaves Mint
  • 1 splash Fever-Tree Bitter Lemon Tonic

Method

Muddle the mint in the lemon. 

Combine the rest of the ingredients and set aside. 

Peel a long lemon spiral and set up in your glass, holding it in place with the ice. 

Add ice to your mixture, shake and double strain into a Collins glass. 

Top with Bitter Lemon Tonic and garnish with a large mint sprig on top.
