• 35 ml GREY GOOSE® Cherry Noir
  • 25 ml Fresh lime juice
  • 50 ml peach purée
  • 35 ml Fever-Tree Tonic
  • 5 drops Bitter Truth™ Creole Bitters
  • 1 ml BÉNÉDICTINE® Liqueur

Combine first four ingredients into a shaker filled with ice.

Shake vigorously and strain into a Collins glass filled with crushed ice.

Top with tonic and stir gently, then add Creole bitters.

Garnish with a lime wheel.
