Ingredients

  • 35 ml GREY GOOSE VODKA
  • 20 ml lime juice
  • 20 ml Simple Syrup
  • 20 ml Mezcal
  • 50 ml Kosher Salt
  • 25 ml Crushed Black Pepper
  • 1 slice cucumber
  • 1 sprig Cilantro

Method

Combine kosher salt and black pepper. 

Rim a rocks glass with sesame oil and dip in kosher salt/crushed black pepper mix. 

Muddle cucumber and cilantro in a shaker tin, add ingredients and ice, shake and double strain over ice into rocks glass.

Garnish with cucumber-cilantro chip.
