(“Sponsor”), Miami Heat Limited Partnership, Basketball Properties, Ltd., the National Basketball Association (“NBA”) and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., NBA Media Ventures, LLC, Miami-Dade County, City of Miami, or any of their respective parent companies, affiliates, divisions, subsidiaries, suppliers, distributors, or any other alcohol beverage company, their respective distributors, wholesalers, retailers (including bartenders/staff), or licensees, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of those employees, are not eligible to enter. Void outside Eligibility Area and where prohibited. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements in these Official Rules.
Entry Period: The Entry Period begins on December 1, 2022 at 12:00 AM ET and ends at 11:59 PM ET on December 19, 2022 (the “Entry Period”). Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
How to Enter: Eligible entrants may visit www.greygoose.com/campaign/miamiheat22us/landing.html during the Entry Period, complete the entry form, and follow the instructions to enter. Entrants will receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Drawing. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person. The use of multiple e-mail addresses, an agency, or any automated system to enter is strictly prohibited, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries received through such methods. By entering, you indicate your full agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Sweepstakes, which are final and binding.
Drawing: On or about December 20, 2022, Administrator will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing of all entries received during the Entry Period. The odds of being selected depend on the number of eligible entries received. Administrator will attempt to contact the potential winner within five (5) business days of the drawing.
Potential Winner Requirements: Except where prohibited, a potential winner may be required to complete and return a declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release. If a potential winner fails to sign and return these documents within five (5) business days, an alternate potential winner may be selected in his/her place in a random drawing of all remaining entries received, if time permits. Only three (3) alternate potential winners may be contacted.
One (1) grand prize winner will receive a trip for two (2) people to New Orleans to attend a Miami HEAT game on January 18, 2023.
