Preparation

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine diced plum, shiso leaves, lime, and simple syrup and muddle well.
  2. Add ice and remaining ingredients and shake well.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass and garnish with a plum slice and shiso leaf.
Tips

This works best with a plum wine with some sweetness. If you use a very dry wine, simply adjust the level of simple syrup to taste.
