Cucumber Chunk

Coriander Leaves

Green Peppercorns

Simple Syrup

Lemon

Squeeze

Preparation

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle cucumber, coriander and peppercorns.
  2. Add all other ingredients, shake well and double strain.
  3. Serve in a rocks glass with cubed ice and garnish with cucumber slices.
Tips

Experiment with different kinds of peppercorns, but make sure not to overpower the drink with too much spice.
